Corporate Social Responsibility

Bliss-Tel Public Company Limited operates under the principles of ethics and good corporate governance for listed companies as announced by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It is also aware that a business that will be successful and grow steadily must operate in conjunction with attention to every aspect of business operations, including social and environmental responsibility. The Board of Directors and the Company’s management have therefore set the policy on social responsibility and the guidelines for implementing activities in 2 main areas as follows:

1) Conduct business with fairness

The Company’s business operations involve various stakeholders, both directly and indirectly, such as shareholders, employees, business partners, customers, and communities in the project areas where the Company operates. Therefore, the Board of Directors has a policy to set clear and fair practices for all relevant parties, including taking into account the impact on stakeholders both inside and outside the organization, which is a basic social responsibility of the business, as defined in writing in the Company’s Code of Conduct.

In addition, for transparency and accountability, the Company will disclose its operations in accordance with the said policy, including mechanisms to encourage employees to comply with the policy, and prepare and present a social responsibility report to the public.

2) Environmental care and assistance for disaster victims

The Company realizes the importance of integrating the CSR policy into its business strategy (CSR-in-Process) and is ready to adjust its CSR practices to be in line with the economic and social situation. The Company has launched the “GREEN” campaign, requiring each unit to have a plan to develop, improve or increase green areas in the company at least 1 campaign every month to save energy, reduce air pollution and provide employees with a better environment and good health to reduce medical expenses.

From the storm disaster “Pabuk”, the company has donated money to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) to help the victims in the amount of 200,000 baht.
