Bliss Intelligence Public Company Limited was established in March 1989 with an initial registered capital of 300,000 bath to operate a business importing and distributing telecommunication equipment. Due to the continuous growth of the mobile phone market, the company’s business has expanded rapidly.
The registered capital was increased several times until it was finally transformed into a public company, raising funds through the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2004, increasing the registered capital from 150 million baht to 230 million baht. The Stock Exchange of Thailand accepted the Company’s common shares as listed securities in the Technology Group, Communications Category, using the abbreviation “BLISS” and began trading on the Stock Exchange since December 13, 2004.
